With Cox-Box you can track and store all your rowing workouts.
Row:
Allows you to enter a session manually or track in real time using your phones GPS to get your splits and locations. You can also set a time and/or distance you want to row and the app will automatically stop tracking once this distance has been reached.
Recents:
Allows you to look through your past workouts by date or length. Each workout displays important information such as distance, time, stroke rate(experimental), heart rate(when paired with bluetooth heart rate monitor) calories and 500m split.
Programme:
Allows you to schedule workouts for the future which you can then view in notification centres today view. Once looking at a workout in a single tap you can start with the distance and/or time set as the objective in the live tracker.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
In future versions I will work on more efficient recording of on water sessions.
